Vallance Transport is part of the Freightroute Group. This is the gender pay gap report of Freightroute Limited.
1.About this report
We are an employer required by law to carry out Gender Pay reporting under the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2021.
This involves carrying out six calculations that show the difference between the average earnings of men and women in our organisation; it will not involve publishing individual employee's data.
We are required by law to publish the results on our own website and a government website.
The gender pay gap measures the difference between average hourly earnings (excluding overtime) of men and women, as a proportion of men's average hourly earnings (excluding overtime). It is a measure across all jobs in the company, not of the difference in pay between men and women for doing the same job.
The information below is based on data as of 5th April 2025, at this date Freightroute Ltd had a workforce comprised of 13.3% female employees and 86.7% male employees.
